Fall Gong Baths

September 16-December 16, 2018

FALL GONG BATHS: at Living Spirit Centre will be held on
Sunday, September 16, 3:00 pm, Sunday, October 14, 3:00 pm, Sunday, November 18, 3:00 pm, Sunday, December 16, 3:00 pm. 
Please register with Lorraine at [email protected] . Cost is $20, includes tea & snacks afterwards. If you are interested in Circle dancing prior to the gong bath it will begin at 2:30 (optional). Bring enough blankets, pillows, mats to be comfortable lying on the floor for an hour. Everyone is welcome.
